We built a customised vacuum metallising machine specifically for smaller, scientific parts.
ION BOMBARDMENT TECHNOLOGY
We fitted ion bombardment technology and PECVD (Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition) to our metallisers, which aid in cleaning and adhesion onto difficult substrates (such as glass), as well as in-chamber protective coating.
We developed the capability to deposit different elements onto parts - especially conductive metals - particularly for use in university electronics courses.
We have assisted a customer to vacuum metallise threads for a project that is pushing the current limits of ribbon speaker technology.
PVD TECHNOLOGY UPGRADES
New technologies are being developed for PVD systems, which will be implemented in our small metalliser machine.
